Booking & Cancellation Terms

Payment

• For bank transfers, a 25% deposit is due within 48 hours; the balance is paid on arrival.
• For corporate invoices, add company name and tax number to your booking note.

Cancellation

• Individual bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
• Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night.
• Group and event contracts follow their own cancellation schedule.

Check-in 14:00, check-out 12:00.
